Learning Outcomes

There is no one-size-fits-all all approach and our objective is for each individual to broaden their repertoire and develop their own approach and style in their group coaching practice.

Knowledge: Learn about frameworks and theories on group coaching and group dynamics

Skills and techniques: Integrate theory into practice and experiment with a number of tools and techniques

Process: Create psychological safety and spaces for courageous conversations, establish being and presence, discern and manage group dynamics for individual and collective change

Ongoing supervision: All participants are paired with a personal KDVI coach and mentor who will guide them through to become better coaches.

Personal Development: Develop your identity, style and development plan as a group coach.

Accreditation: Add credibility to your group coaching practice through Continuing Coach Education (CCE) accreditation. On completion, you will gain the following credits, which can be used towards the renewal requirements of an ICF credential:

  • 74 core competency credits
  • 26 resource development credits

For organisational coaches and team leaders, use group coaching to foster cohesive high-performing teams, promote a learning and feedback culture and transform yourself into a reflective and powerful agent of change
