Geeta is the Partnerships Manager at KDVI, responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with clients. She works closely with key client stakeholders, KDVI coaches and the wider KDVI team to ensure both parties derive value from the collaboration.
Geeta has held a varied career, initially working as a corporate litigation paralegal for top US and silver circle law firms in London and Frankfurt, then subsequently moving to the non-profit sector to become an international HR and recruitment specialist. She held HR positions at the United Nations and GAIN, whereby she was responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle for staff across multiple regions, in addition to recruitment and leading on learning and development initiatives. Prior to joining KDVI, Geeta was an HR Business Partner at the charity Lumos, where she was responsible for HR delivery across the organisation.
