Kate Philips-Kaiser is an international leadership coach and facilitator, working with senior executives and their teams as they manage innovation and growth. She has been coaching, facilitating and teaching MBAs and Executives with INSEAD in France and Singapore since 2006, as well as the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania in the US since 2019.
Passionate about collaborative learning and technology, Kate develops innovative tools and programmes for facilitating reflection and social learning in leadership development. Kate draws upon clinical psychology, group dynamics, systemic practice, stakeholder-centered and co-active approaches in her work.
Kate’s earlier career was in industry, managing Sales Operations and Marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa with a global telecom manufacturer based in France. Previously, she was Coordinator of the Centre for Canada-Asia Business Relations at Queen’s University in Canada.
Canadian and Greek, Kate lived for over 20 years in France. She moved with her family to Philadelphia in 2018.
